ATLANTIC研究探索了Durvalumab单药三线及以后治疗晚期NSCLC患者的疗效及安全性，

根据2020 ESMO世界胃肠道肿瘤大会（WCGI 2020）上公布的INVICTUS研究数据分析，

2020 年 6 月 12~14 日第 7 届 POST-ASCO 乳腺癌信息交流会在广州成功举办，

5月13日，来自多家医疗中心的肺癌领域专家齐聚线上，围绕“晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）EAR精准诊疗”展开探讨。

Editor’s note: The annual meeting of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) was held in the form of online conference for the first time， the theme of ASCO 2020 is “Unite and ConDr Liuer: Accelerating Progress Together”. In this ASCO meeting， Latest researh advances in all fields of cancer have been publised and presented， in the aspect of CAR-T treatment， Oral abstract of 8001(ALEXANDER study) became the focus of ASCO， dual-targeting CAR-T (AUTO3) shows significant efficacy and safety in relapsed and refractory Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (r/r-DLBCL). In order to learn more about ALEXANDER study and other related Dr Liuestions about CAR-T， we invited Dr Zhiming Li who is from Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center as the host of this interview， and first author of ALEXANDER study Dr Osborne made a deep analysis of ALEXANDER study and dual-targeting CAR-T therapy.

The Annual Meeting of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) this year was held on-line during 29/5 to 2/6. In the meeting， the Long-term result of trial “MINDACT” was presented by Prof. Fatima Cardoso from Champalimaud Cancer Center of Lisbon， Portugal. As a de-escalation trail， MINDACT investigated the feasibility of using Mammaprint， a genomic test to predict the risk of recurrence of breast cancer patients comparing to clinical pathological factors， which drew a great deal of attention from participants. In this presented conversation， we invited Prof. Cardoso and Prof. Jian Zhang from Cancer Hospital of Fudan University， to in-depth interpret the results of MINDACT， and exhibit the clinical significance of this long term trail to our follower.

编者按：一年一度的美国临床肿瘤学会年会（ASCO）首次以线上会议的形式召开，本次ASCO的主题为“Unite and Conquer: Accelerating Progress Together”，诸多肿瘤领域的新进展得以展示，其中在CAR-T治疗方面，口头摘要8001（ALEXANDER研究）成为关注的焦点，双重靶点CAR-T（AUTO3）在复发/难治弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（r/r-DLBCL）中获得了良好的疗效和安全性。为了深入掌握该研究及解答CAR-T治疗中的疑问，《肿瘤瞭望》特邀中山大学附属肿瘤医院李志铭教授与ALEXANDER研究第一作者Wendy Osborne教授展开对话，针对ALEXANDER研究及双重靶点CAR-T治疗等内容进行了全面的解析。
